Ariadni Vezyroglou, Teaching Artist
Ariadni Vezyroglou is a visual artist who lives and works in Long Island City, New York. She was born in Greece and holds an MFA in Fine Arts and Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, NY, a Masters in Sculpture from Winchester School of Art, U.K. and a BA in Fine Arts from De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. Her work has been shown in Greece, U.K., Spain, Italy, Russia and the U.S. as well as in art festivals internationally.
Ariadni was awarded the Ricardo Galleni Memorial Grant as a postgraduate student from the Digital Stone Project to participate in the Digital Sculpture marble workshop at the Polo Tecnologico Garfagnana Innovazione in Tuscany, Italy in 2013 and the the I.K.Y. State Scholarship for postgraduate study in Art and Technology for 2010–2013.
